Adeola is currently a 500 Level student of the Department of Crop and Environmental Protection,FAG, LAUTECH. She is the founder of Ambrosial Foods, an enterprise focused on/passionate about making people eat healthy cakes, snacks and food. Because of the enterprise’s focus and founder’s passion, many of the business’s products are from healthy and nutritious ingredients, making every bite and taste sumptuous.
Adeola takes pleasure in transferring her skills to other students, like herself who are willing to learn and ready to monetize.

What’s your name and what do you do?
My Name is Adeola J Alade. I am a Baker as well as an Entrepreneur.
How and why did you start baking?
As a Ladokite with the incessant level of strikes that we had then in my 100 level days, I thought I couldn’t just be sitting idle waiting for the strike to be called off, so I decided to learn more on catering and pastries baking .
How long did training take you?
The training took me some months and of course I still go for several advanced training till now.
What part of using your skills do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy cooking and decorating cakes ( it brings out the artist in me).
What’s been the most challenging part?
The most challenging part I would say is Capital (managing capital as a student is challenging )
Is there a skill you wish to further add to the current ones you have? If yes, which one?
Hmmm…I think the skill I would love to add now is Business Management.
