On Saturday, 22 July 2023, Solahudeen Babatunde, a LAUTECH 400 level Computer Engineering student, won a MacBook at the Project BuildUp contest by ENYATA. The presentation of the MacBook was held at Agege, Lagos.
Enyata is involved in providing engineering-as-a-service solutions at scale to organizations across multiple industries. They are a legion of product, engineering, and design experts helping organizations develop world-class products.
This is the third contest of project Build Up by Enyata, which was aimed at giving out devices needed for the winners to scale their careers.
Project buildUp received about 5000 applications, and it’s comprises three stages of tests. Notably, 50 applicants were awarded a MacBook. Solahudeen performed well in the first stage scoring a perfect 60/60, which qualified for the next stage. The journey continued with two stages of interviews, both of which he navigated with confidence and skill.
Also, solahudeen got informed about the contest through his friend. In his words,
“A friend shared a tweet with me about a MacBook-winning contest, which turned out to be hosted by a company called Enyata. Intrigued, I visited Enyata’s Twitter page and found the registration link, prompting me to sign up. The registration process required providing personal information and submitting a video explaining why I deserved to win the MacBook. I completed the registration and video submission.”

“Since the day I received it. Everything has been going on smoothly. The code just dey runs smoothly. Besides, I now have the opportunity to scale different niches.” He added.
