“LAUTECH doesn’t have problems, LAUTECH only has challenges, and they are surmountable.”
The university Public Relations Officer, Mr Lekan Fadeyi made this statement at the 2019/2020 matriculation ceremony, while welcoming parents and guardians to the event.
The P.R.O further stated that matriculating students shouldn’t see themselves only lucky, but fortunate to be admitted into the university because LAUTECH is a university of the future.
The best 100Level student from the last academic session, Abdulkareem Sheriff Ayomide, was recognised and awarded a full scholarship.
The university vice-chancellor, during his address, explained that the scholarship would remain throughout his undergraduate years in the university, as long as he maintains a first-class or a second-class upper result.
