The LAUTECH Student Union has granted scholarships to two students of the institution.
The scholarship which was organised in partnership with Biblo Foundation was announced on Tuesday, January 11 for attendees of the foundation launch.
According to the scholarship process, all applicants are to play a game of Kahoot(Kahoot.it), during the event, allowing an indigene and a non-indigene with the highest scores to take home the prize.
On Monday, January 24, the LSUG released an update announcing Oyebode Feranmi, a 300l student of Urban and Regional Planning (Indigene) and Gbadamosi David, a 200l student of Computer Science (non-indigene) as winners of the scholarships.
The LSUG mail read: ” Congratulations to Oyebode Feranmi, 300L student from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning (Indigenous Student), and Gbadamosi David, a 200L student from the Department of Computer Science (Non-Indigenous Student) as the winners of the Grand Tuition Fee Scholarship from the Office of President, SUG LAUTECH in partnership with Biblo Foundation.”
